Q1: Can I request custom shades for the crowns?

A: Yes, we offer a wide range of shades to match your patients' natural teeth.

Q2: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Flexible MOQ. But the more cases you send, the more economical it will be as lower average shipping cost on every case. Currently we are working with overseas dental

labs and dental clinics.

Q3: Do you provide after-sales support?

A: Absolutely! Our team is always available to assist you.

Q4: How about the shipping cost?

A: Shipments to us will be borne by senders. It is encouraged to send digital cases to info@lemeidentallab.com by wetranser. We pay for shipping back parcels with finished  cases. USD40-100（ to cover the shipping cost ranging from different countries) will be added to your bill if you send us cases with small amount (Less than USD500 invoice). When shipping packages to us, you are allowed to use our DHL account, which can help you save shipping cost, due to our better discounts.

Q5: How do I pay?

A: T/T in advance by bank transferring or PayPal. Full invoice amount should be paid.

Q6: What are your Remakes and Conditions?

A: We offer a 3-year warranty for fixed restorations, 1 year each for removable restorations and orthodontic appliances. In most cases, we can repair or remake for free. Free remaking will not be acceptable if the remaking is caused at your side.

Q7: How about Refunds and Condidtions?

A: If your cases are unqualified because of our mistake, you can ask for full refund. When ask full refund, please return the old restoration and accessories to us. The refund

amount shall be limited to the amount of the invoice. We will credit your account in your next invoice, or refund by PayPal.
